Warranty

All of our jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty. During this period, we offer free replacements for any faults caused by manufacturing or material defects. If your piece develops a fault or breaks due to a production issue, simply contact us and we’ll replace it for you.

Please note, our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, plating damage, general wear and tear, or issues caused by improper use or storage.

To activate your warranty, proof of purchase is required. If you no longer have your order number, get in touch and we’ll help locate it for you.

Our warranty only applies to items purchased directly from us. For purchases made through our stockists, please reach out to them directly regarding any issues.
