Sterling silver can tarnish over time, usually when it is not worn, and can easily be cleaned or polished using a silver cleaner.
For gold vermeil plated items - avoid exposure to perfumes or perfumed products and store separately to other jewellery.
UK Standard delivery is FREE (2-4 working days).
UK Next Working Day delivery is £5.95 (order by 1pm).
European delivery is £10 (3-5 working days).
US and Canada delivery is £12 (5-7 working days).

If your item is not suitable, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. This includes sale items but excludes earrings, engraved items and custom orders.
